Jan studied at the National Academy of Design in NYC & has over 30 years experience as a professional illustrator, portraitist, & gallery artist.
He is teaching two classes on Wednesdays - an afternoon class from 1 to 4pm, & an evening class from 6 to 9pm.
Classes are held at the artist's studio in the Revolutionary Mill building on Yanceyville Street.
Jan is also excited to announce that he has agreed to teach a week long plein air painting workshop in Cortona, Italy in late May of 2010 (please note the artist's painting of a Cortona street to your right)
